Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will grant you complete command over your e-mail accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a brand new email account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Plus, you can forward email messages from one email mailbox to another, configure email filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your e-mail box accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email mailbox accounts against junk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming mail messages based on specific rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Just select the mailbox you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination email box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the email client of your preference to access your email accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
